March 18

this has been a pretty long week to be honest. We had almost all of our appointments punched on us. We were able to teach some people though.
Cindy and Jeremy are new investigators that we found this past week. Cindy is Jeremy's mom. She has met with missionaries before and was almost baptized, then ended up moving and kinda fell off. They want to be baptized and Cindy believes that the Book of Mormon is true so we set baptismal dates with them for April 7th! They were out of town this weekend but hopefully they'll make it to church this coming sunday.
We also taught a new investigator named Kourtney. Kourtney works at another church in Denton in the primary. Elder Taylor taught her the first time while we were on an exchange then we taught her again this past week. The lesson went super well and she is open to reading the Book of Mormon. In the first lesson she was pretty skeptical of the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith, but after we read from the Book of Mormon with her, it softened her heart.
We went on exchange with the Aubrey elders this week. I went with Elder Moore to his area. Elder Moore is a super solid missionary who I have served around before, so it was a fun exchange. We were able to teach a few lessons and I found out some of his goals for his district. As we work together on our goals we're going to make Denton North the best zone in the mission! (Because it already is :P)
A lot of people were out of town for spring break so we didn't get to teach very much this past week. Hopefully we'll get back in contact with our investigators and be able to teach them again and lead them to the waters of baptism!
Short letter this week, but that's about all that I got. Hope y'all have a wonderful week!
Love, Elder Jardine
